Kamsikwa Ezeanyika
Kamsikwa, co-founder of SisuBloom, is on a mission to make neuroscience accessible to families. With a BSc in Neuroscience from the University of Aberdeen and Creative Writing credentials from Oxford University, she’s dedicated to translating neuroscience into everyday benefits. Her journey began with a childhood head injury to her younger brother, sparking her lifelong fascination with the brain’s resilience, which ultimately inspired SisuBloom’s unique book club programme. This programme uses engaging books and hands-on projects to foster essential life skills such as resilience, emotional intelligence, and financial literacy in children aged 6-17.
Leveraging her background as a Chartered Accountant with one of the world’s top 10 accountancy firms, Kamsikwa has spent the past two years refining SisuBloom’s model with her co-founder, parents and children. She also authors The Blooming Brain Blog, a blog that simplifies neuroscience for children and parents, and co-leads an adult book club, inspiring a love for learning across all ages.

Chidiebere, co-founder of SisuBloom, is dedicated to helping children unlock their unique talents and build essential life skills for lasting well-being through reading. A graduate in Social Sciences with a Master’s in Economics and a background in cybersecurity, Chidiebere combines his expertise and his passion for advocacy to inspire children to explore their Ikigai—their unique life purpose. He is committed to fostering a sense of empowerment and resilience in children from all backgrounds, nurturing skills that reflect their individual “zone of genius.”
As a father of three, Chidiebere understands the importance of equipping young minds with the right tools for personal growth. Alongside his work with SisuBloom, he shares insights in his weekly LinkedIn column on cybersecurity, encouraging a broader understanding of digital safety. Mezie Celine Eziukwu is a multifaceted professional with a passion for education, quality assurance, and inclusive learning. With a B.Sc. in Library and Information Science from Imo State University, Nigeria, Mezie began her career as a librarian, where she developed a deep appreciation for the transformative power of education. Her early work at Corona School, Lagos, shaped her understanding of the educational landscape and laid the foundation for her journey into leadership roles.
Over the years, Mezie has honed her expertise in quality assurance and special needs support. As a Quality Assurance Manager at Jason’s Tendercare School, Lagos, she spent five years driving improvements in teaching standards, compliance, and educational excellence. Her training as a special needs therapist has further enabled her to champion inclusivity, providing tailored support for children with diverse learning needs.
